Service Provider grants were available to technical assistance providers across the state and provided roughly $20,000 to each grantee. The Working Lands Enterprise Initiative awarded $79,908 in total to these organizations.

$20,000 for business and financial planning for women-owned working lands businesses.

Intervale Center

$19,965 for providing coaching services to Vermont's new farmers.

University of Vermont Extension

$19,943 for growing ourVtwoods.org and new online resources to support Vermont's forest economy.

Rutland County

Vermont Wood Works Council

$20,000 for supporting financial assistance, business consulting, and financial coaching to enable three wood products companies to pursue innovation and/or growth opportunities. 

Washington County

Vermont Housing and Conservation Board

$80,000 for enhancing the economic viability of Vermont farms and forestry enterprises through succession planning, business assistance, and capital readiness.
