Farmers can call for a free confidential Wellbeing check with a Farm First wellness coach. First come first serve from now until May 15, 2024!
A Wellbeing check can help you make positive lifestyle changes that can reduce your stress and improve your wellbeing.
A wellness check-in involves taking a brief survey to assess your wellbeing, meeting with our health coach, and then if you would like or as appropriate, choosing an issue to work on improving with the health coach over a few free and confidential sessions, (generally, about 15- 45 minutes each).
Once a farmer/farmworker completes the screen, Farm First follow up with the participant and they receive a $100 gift card. Three months later, Farm First requests they complete the screen again and they receive a second $100 gift card.
